Workspace Hub requests minimal read-only access to your Google services:

• Google Calendar: Count of today's events only
• Google Tasks: Count of open tasks only
• Google Drive: File metadata only (no file contents)

2. How We Use Your Data

• Local Processing: All data is processed locally in your browser
• Display Only: Data is only used to show counts and provide quick access
• No External Storage: We never store your Google data on external servers
• No Analytics: We don't track your usage or behavior

3. Data Storage

• Chrome Local Storage: Extension settings (theme preference, default account) stored locally
• Temporary Caching: API responses cached briefly for performance (cleared automatically)
• No Cloud Storage: No data is transmitted to or stored on external servers

4. Third-Party Services

• Google APIs: Direct communication with official Google APIs only
• Gemini API (Optional): If you provide an API key, natural language queries are sent to Google's Gemini service
• No Other Third Parties: No data sharing with advertising networks, analytics services, or other third parties
